Brockton student arrested for bringing BB gun to school

BROCKTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Brockton student was arrested for shooting a BB gun at school.

According to the Brockton Enterprise, an 11-year-old fired the BB gun once on the bus, then again on the Angelo Elementary School playground.
    
Brockton police say the student also had a canister of extra BBs in his backpack. A young girl was hit and bruised on the bus. No one else was hurt.
    
The paper says the student is facing several charges, including two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
