Boy, 13, faces felony arson charge

NASHUA, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A 13-year-old Nashua boy is facing a felony arson charge following a fire at an apartment.

Firefighters were called to the apartment on Deerwood Drive at about 12:35 p.m. on Saturday for the report of a fire involving children.

Investigators said the fire caused minor damage to the basement of the apartment.

The boy was charged with felony arson and being a delinquent child. He was released to his parents and will appear next in the Ninth Circuit Nashua District Court.
