• Boston teen’s song benefits veterans

A 15-year-old girl from Boston is getting some buzz on the Internet with a song she wrote to benefit veterans and their families.

Andrea LeClair's tribute song, "What's Right," tells the story of a soldier's family who struggles to cope with the loss of their hero.

The 15-year-old singer songwriter said she wants to keep at the forefront the battle families with a loved one who has been lost or injured fighting for our country face.

In addition to her song, LeClair sang the national anthem for a benefit road race put on by Homes for Troops on Sunday. Her band performed a short set after the race.

"What's Right" is currently on iTunes with proceeds benefiting the Massachusetts Troop Welfare Council.
