SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Travel website Hotwire.com released a list of the 14 most sought after travel destinations in the U.S., and Boston made the cut.
In October, the website conducted an online travel survey of 2,000 adults and compiled the results, listing each destination, the best month to visit, and the average price per night to visit.
Boston ranked 12th on the list, coming in ahead of Anchorage and Seattle. Las Vegas grabbed the top spot.
According to Hotwire's data, the best time to visit Boston is in May, and it will cost visitors an average of $129 per night.
