BOSTON — An estimated 40,000 of people descended on Boston Common Saturday for several different rallies and according to the Boston Police Department the events were largely peaceful.
Throughout the course of the day a total of 33 people were arrested, mostly for disorderly conduct and disturbing a public assembly. Several people were also charged with assault and battery on police officers or assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
On Sunday, the Boston Police Department released the full list of names and charges for those who were arrested.

"Mayor Walsh and Commissioner Evans asked, encouraged and urged all those attending today's events to be on their best behavior and to embrace nonviolence over violence. Thankfully, the majority of those attending did just that. Unfortunately, not everybody understood the importance of good behavior," a release from the Boston Police Department said.
The people who were arrested range in age from 15 years old to 50, and while most were from the Boston area, some came from other states including New York and Oregon.
