Boston police investigate two bank robberies

BOSTON (FOX 25 /MyFoxBoston.com) – Police are investigating two bank robberies Thursday in two Boston neighborhoods.

The first robbery happened at about 12:45 p.m. at a bank on Centre Street in West Roxbury. The second was around 1 p.m. at a Bank of America on Corinth Street in Roslindale.

The suspect in each robbery was described as a female. It's unclear whether the same suspect tried to hold up both banks.

No weapon was shown and the suspect did not get away with any money.
