Boston man told police he had 'God given right' to 'train surf'

(MyFoxBoston.com) -- A South Boston man, who told police he had a, "God given right to do anything he wants," is facing disorderly conduct charges after allegedly "train surfing" on the Red Line.

Police responded to the North Quincy Station just after 5:30 p.m. on Friday night after witnesses reported seeing a man hanging on to the top roof rail.

Witnesses also told police that the man, later identified as 29-year-old Justin Green, had allegedly tried to surf other trains at the Wollaston station.

Green pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He will be in court on July 24.
