HACKENSACK, NJ (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The sister of accused Boston Marathon bombing suspects Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev appeared in a New Jersey court room Monday on charges stemming from a Dec. 2012 arrest.
Bella Tsarnaeva and her boyfriend, Ahmad Khalil, were indicted on marijuana possession and distribution charges after police responded to their home on reports of a domestic violence incident, reports the Record.
The newspaper claims Tsarnaeva will likely be spared a criminal record by being admitted to a diversion program. She is expected to appear in court next month.
