BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Bomb squads responded to Kneeland Street in Boston Tuesday on reports of a suspicious device found near a pump house.
Mass. State Police tweeted crews responded to an area behind 185 Kneeland Street just after 10 a.m.
State Police said bomb techs analyzed and detonated the device to err on the side of caution. There is currently no determination as to whether or not it was hazardous.
The scene was cleared by 10:20 a.m. and traffic restrictions were lifted.
