BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – Authorities are investigating the death of a 29-year-old New Hampshire woman whose body was found near a rail yard Monday night in Brighton.
State Police spokesman David Procopio said the body was discovered by a Massachusetts Department of Transportation worker before midnight on the tracks beneath Route 90 eastbound in the area of the Beacon Park Rail Yard.
The name of the woman was not released pending notification of next of kin, according to State Police.
No charges have been sought at this time. State Police and Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley's office are investigating. A cause of death is pending an autopsy by the state medical examiner's office.
