Bobcat sighting reported in Barre

BARRE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A bobcat was spotted in Barre this week, and bear sightings have also been reported.

A bobcat was seen near Oakham Road between Route 67 and the Town of Oakham, according to Barre police. There have also been reports of bear sightings near Wheelwright Road.

Police are urging residents to be aware of this.
