Autopsy reveals two men found dead in NH river drowned

HAMPTON, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police in Hampton, N.H. say two men found floating in the Hampton River Friday drowned.

The victims were identified as 57-year-old Mark E. Classen and 53-year-old Bruce W. Menezes, both of Hampton, N.H.

Investigators were alerted to the discovery of one body just before 11 a.m. Friday.

While on the scene about one hour later, police found the second body.

An autopsy was conducted on each of the men Saturday. Hampton police say they are continuing to investigate the circumstances of their deaths.
