Autopsy for Rehma Sabir could take weeks

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Autopsy issues could delay upgraded charges for a nanny accused in the death of a 1-year-old girl.
    
According to the Boston Herald, specialized autopsy exams could take weeks to complete. Authorities say they are waiting on those results before deciding if they should charge Aisling McCarthy Brady with the murder of Rehma Sabir.
    
Sabir was taken to the hospital on her first birthday. Doctors say she suffered extensive head trauma and older fractures in her arm, leg, and spine. Her Irish nanny is being accused of assault.
    
Brady is being held on $500,000 bail.
