WEBSTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Two men are facing drug charges after officers conducted search warrants at three locations and seized a handgun, $6,500 in cash, oxycodone, and over a half a kilo of cocaine.
Following an investigation spanning several months and involving multiple agencies, authorities executed search warrants at three Webster addresses: Specialty Auto located at 35 Pearl Street, 10 Village Way, Unit 8, and 41 Negus St., Unit 2.
Officers found and confiscated a hand gun, $6,500 cash, and a quantity of oxycodone. Authorities also seized over a half of kilo of cocaine at Specialty Auto.
As a result, officers arrested 49-year-old Wayne Montigny, of East Killingly, Conn. and 37-year-old Jorge Rodriquez, of 10 Village Way, Unit 8 in Webster.
Montigny is charged with trafficking in cocaine, distribution of a Class B substance, possession of a Class B substance, and conspiracy to violate drug laws. He is being held on $50,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Rodriquez is facing the same charges and is being held on $100,000 cash bail. He is also scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Authorities continue to search for the third target of the investigation, Candido Rodriguez. He resides at 41 Negus St., Unit 2 in Webster.
