Attorneys for nanny accused in baby's death back in court

(MyFoxBoston.com) – Attorneys for a nanny accused in the death of a baby were back in court on Tuesday.

The defense team for Aisling McCarthy Brady filed a motion to preserve evidence, according to the Boston Herald.

The Irish nanny is accused of assaulting 1-year-old Rehma Sabir. The child later died from her injuries.

The newspaper says Brady's team wants her journals and all the names of people who had access to the baby.

Brady is being held on $500,000 bail since her arrest last month. She is due back in court next week.
