ATLANTA - It was an epic come-from-behind victory for the Patriots in Super Bowl LI, and now many Atlanta Falcons supporters are coming through with their bets.
Atlanta-based SweetWater Brewing and Boston’s Sam Adams had been trading barbs on Twitter before agreeing the loser would release a beer named after the winner’s team.
On Wednesday, it became officials with SweetWater releasing their souvenir beer Patriot, an extra pale ale.
Earlier in the week, Zoo Atlanta followed through with a bet naming one of their animals Tom Brady, although they were a little less gracious and picked a cockroach.
