MANCHESTER, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) â An assistant Rockingham County Attorney was arrested on drug charges Tuesday in Manchester, N.H.
Zachary Cross, 29, was taken into custody and charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug (oxycodone). Cross is an assistant Rockingham County attorney, officials say.
He was released on $2,500 cash bail and will be arraigned on July 14.
The investigation into this case remains ongoing.
