Arrests made in connection to Lowell shooting death

LOWELL, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Multiple arrests have been made related to a fatal shooting in Lowell in December.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and the Lowell Police Superintendent William Taylor announced Monday that four people have been arrested in connection to the shooting.

Two people were arraigned in Lowell District Court Monday morning, and two other people were arrested, one in Nashua, N.H. and another in Utica, N.Y.

Ryan did not announce the exact charges against the four.

On Dec. 18, 2013,44-year-old Jose Torrado was shot and killed inside an apartment on Second Street in Lowell.
