Arrest warrant for husband of missing NH woman

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire authorities say the death of a Charlestown woman who had been missing for nearly two weeks is a homicide, and they've issued an arrest warrant for her estranged husband on a charge of second-degree murder.

The charge alleges that James Robarge recklessly caused the death of 42-year-old Kelly Robarge on June 27 in Charlestown.

James Roberge is jailed at the Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield, Vt., on unrelated motor vehicle charges.

Vermont State Police have charged Robarge with being a fugitive from justice. He's expected to be arraigned on that charge in Brattleboro on Monday afternoon. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer.

Fish and Game officers and New England K-9 Search and Rescue found Kelly Robarge's body Saturday in a wooded area in Unity.
