Arrest made in Orange Line sexual assault

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault on the MBTA Saturday.

At around 4 p.m. Saturday, Transit Police officers responded to the Roxbury Crossing station on the Orange Line after receiving a call of a sexual assault.

At the station, officers spoke with the victim and then arrested a 28-year-old man who lives in Boston connected to the assault. The man's name was not immediately released.

Police say the incident occurred on the Orange Line train as it traveled north from the Stony Brook station.
