Arlington man cited in crash that killed a pedestrian

ARLINGTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 67-year-old Arlington man was cited for operating without a license and failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk in a Thursday night crash that killed a 77-year-old woman from Boston.

Paul F. Giragosian was cited at the scene of the crash, which occurred at the intersection of Mass. Ave. and Orvis Road around 10 p.m.

The victim, Elba Ortiz-Delgado, was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The crash remains under investigation.
