Algonquin Regional HS lip dub video removed from YouTube

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A video produced by and starring Algonquin Regional High School students was going viral on YouTube, until it was removed.

The video featured (what seems like) the entire high school lip syncing and performing the song "Good Time" by Carly Rae Jepson and Owl City. It was taken down due to copyright infringement sometime Thursday evening.

Before it was taken down, one of the video's producers, Giles Ober, told Fox 25 that the video was created for a school project.

Ober said the video will go to the Massachusetts DECA conference in Boston next week. DECA is a national organization for high school students enrolled in a marketing program.

Before it was removed, the video had received more than 23,000 views since being posted March 4.
