9th District Republican primary race undecided

HANOVER (AP) — The candidates in the Republican primary in Massachusetts' newly redrawn 9th Congressional District are locked in a tight battle.

Early Friday, with 97 percent of the unofficial vote in, the race between Adam Chaprales and Christopher Sheldon is too close to call.

The eventual winner of the primary will face U.S. Rep. William Keating in the November election.

Keating brushed back a challenge from Bristol District Attorney Sam Sutter on Thursday to win the Democratic primary.
