8 displaced, 1 firefighter injured after West Roxbury fire

WEST ROXBURY, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A firefighter was injured and eight people displaced after a three-alarm fire in West Roxbury Wednesday.

At around 915 p.m., firefighters responded to 34 LaGrange St. for an active fire and could see flames coming out of the roof of the building.

One firefighter was transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. A neighbor with chest pains, unrelated to the fire, was treated by EMS, but no other injuries were reported.
