WESTFIELD, Mass. (AP) - Westfield police are investigating an accident involving a loaded dump truck crash that has killed a 7-year-old boy riding a bicycle.
The Westfield News reports that police responded to the accident at about 3:30 p.m. on Monday. It happened near a parking lot where Montgomery Street intersects with several other roads.
Mayor Daniel Knapik said counselors will be available at the boy's school on Tuesday.
