BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – State lawmakers are considering whether to allow motorists to buy a "Boston Strong" license plate with proceeds helping victims of the April 15 marathon bombing.
The Legislature's transportation committee is scheduled to hear the bill Tuesday.
If approved, the plates would cost $50 with a portion of the proceeds going to One Fund Boston.
One free Boston Strong plate would be given to an immediate family member of those who died or people severely injured.
