(MyFoxBoston.com) - A grand jury has indicted a second suspect in the disappearance and presumed death of New Hampshire college student Lizzi Marriott.
Foster's Daily Democrat reports that a grand jury returned at least one indictment against Kathryn "Kat" McDonough last week.
McDonough was arrested in December. Her boyfriend, Seth Mazzaglia, is charged with killing Marriott last October.
Marriott's body has never been found, but police say they have credible evidence that Mazzaglia strangled or suffocated the Westboro, Mass., native inside his apartment and disposed of her body.
The grand jury documents are expected to be released Wednesday.
