2 NH men arrested following disturbance at Hudson apartment complex

HUDSON, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Two New Hampshire men have been placed under arrest following an altercation that occurred at the Burns Hill Road apartments in Hudson Sunday night.

Matthew Garcia, 23, of Nashua, was arrested for resisting arrest or detention and the active felony warrant, as well as a warrant from the Nashua Police Department. His bail was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Additionally, police arrested 28-year-old Kurt Rowell, of Hudson, N.H., who was also allegedly involved in the altercation, on an active warrant for felony reckless conduct related to Sunday night's incident.

According to police, officers responded to the apartments for a disturbance at about 10:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Garcia and Rowell had a fight with a male and female who were parked in the parking lot. Either Garcia or Rowell reportedly threw a rock through the windshield of the car, injuring the woman.

Garcia and Rowell then fled, police said.

Garcia and Rowell were taken into custody Monday morning. Both suspects attempted to evade capture.

Garcia was able to post bail and will appear in court at a later date.
