BURLINGTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Two more Massachusetts Dunkin' Donuts were hit by an armed robber Monday night.
The first robbery took place just after 8 p.m. on Winn Street in Burlington. Investigators say the suspect showed a hand gun before taking off with an unknown amount of cash.
Burlington police say the suspect was wearing all black, a hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, and a ski mask.
Less than 30 minutes later, a robber hit the Dunkin' Donuts at 308 Great Road in Bedford. Video surveillance shows an armed, masked man enter through the drive thru window. Police say the suspect threatened two workers inside with a gun and they fled to a nearby business where they called 911.
The suspect in the Bedford robbery tried to break into two registers, but it is unknown if he got away with any money.
Police in nearby Waltham are also investigating a robbery at a gas station on Prospect Street. The robbery took place at about 10:30 p.m.
Investigators are working to determine if the same suspect committed all three robberies. They are also working to determine if the crimes are connected to a slew of Dunkin' Donuts robberies taking place across the state over the past several months.
Dunkin' Donuts previously announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in more than a dozen other robberies. They are offering the same reward in the Monday incidents.
