Search for suspect continues after Worcester couple found dead

WORCESTER, Mass. - Two people were killed after a shooting in Worcester.
According to police, the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. inside an apartment building on Forbes Street.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 26-year-old woman and 28-year-old man. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but soon died.
Police confirm Jessica McKeon and Alex Lora were the victims of the double murder.
McKeon's family told FOX25 she was fun loving and worked at McDonalds. They said McKeon had a 6-year-old daughter and was a great mom.

"I don't get who did this, why they did it. I don't even understand who would have a problem with them," said friend of the victim Maleisha Robinson.

The family said McKeon's boyfriend, Alex Lora, had two boys. McKeon and Lora had been dating for five years. The kids didn't live with the couple full-time.
"He was a real good man, very good," said Lora's aunt Maritza Perides.
Police say the couple is familiar to them from prior incidents, but they are not able to elaborate.
"We have to look at everything and try to determine if this is drug related, or gang related, or if there is something to do with a domestic situation involving somebody else," said Sgt. Kerry Hazelhurst.
Police are still searching for a suspect in the case. Anyone with information is urged to call the Worcester Police Detective Bureau at (508) 799-8651.
