BURLINGTON, Mass. — An 18-year-old charged in connection to a fatal crash that killed a Somerville police officer has been arrested for the second time this week.
Police told Boston 25 News Michael Ricci was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Lowell Juvenile Court.
As he was removed from his house in Burlington Tuesday he did not speak to reporters.
The 18-year-old posted bail earlier in the week and was released from custody after he was accused of racing a car when his Mercedes Benz crashed into an off-duty officer on a motorcycle.
Officer Louis Remigio died Monday night from the injuries he sustained in that wreck Sunday.
