11 students, one driver injured after Fall River school bus crash

FALL RIVER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Fall River police say 12 people, 11 of whom are students, were injured when a pickup truck and a school bus collided Tuesday.

Investigators say the crash occurred at the intersection of North Main Street and Wilson Road at about 3:45 p.m.

SKYFOX was over the scene shortly after the crash. A white pickup truck could be seen up against the back right side of the bus.

The driver of the truck was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and 11 students on the bus were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries. None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.

The crash remains under investigation.
