BOSTON — One man suffered life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Jamaica Plain.
Crews were called to the scene on Parker Street just before 4:15 a.m. Friday. Once on scene, EMS found one injured victim. The man was taken to the nearest trauma center.
A detective confirmed to FOX25's Michael Henrich that the person shot is a worker with a tow truck company. He had been a passenger in a tow truck when the shooting happened. The driver of the truck was a witness to the crime.
As of 6:30 a.m., police believed the gunshot victim would survive his injuries.
Boston police said Friday morning they were looking for two black males wearing dark jackets.
