BELLINGHAM, Mass. — One person has died after a serious car crash on I-495 in Bellingham.
State Police tell FOX25 the crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on the northbound side of the highway near Exit 18.
Police said the driver, a 51-year-old woman from North Attleborough, had been traveling in the left lane when for some reason she veered to the right and struck a tree next to the off ramp.
The driver was the only person on the vehicle.
