What's up for the Weekend: June 20-22

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – What’s up this weekend? Here are some ideas!

First up is a fun way to watch the Red Sox! The city has a lot of beautiful parks, so why not broadcast the games on big screens for families? This Sunday, you can catch the game at Franklin Park. They're going to do the same thing with the July 27 game on the Common.

And this Friday night the Backstreet boys are playing at the Xfinitiy Comcast Center. And for fans of the Rascall Flats, they're playing Saturday. The concert is sold out, but you can always find resale tickets online.

How about Monster Jam? It will be at Gillette this Saturday.

The stars of the show 12 Feet Tall, 10,000 pound machines racing and ripping up a custom-designed track full of obstacles to soar over or smash through. Gravedigger is a popular one of course, but the show is called "Path of Destruction."

And there is a really unique opportunity, to take advantage of. A relic of St. John Paul II will be making a stop in Boston. A vial of the late pope’s blood will be on display to the public at the Holy Cross Cathedral in on Saturday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. It will also be available on Sunday, June 22 following the 11:30 a.m. Mass.
