What's up for the Weekend: June 13-15

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A concert, book signing and more are scheduled this weekend.

Of course, we like to kick off the weekend on Friday here at FOX 25 with Zip Trips. This week, the FOX 25 morning news crew is zip tripping in Manchester, N.H. The morning news crew will take a fun tour of the town, taste some treats and you'll have a chance to win tickets to the steamship authority. If you want to go, the morning news crew will be live at Livingston Park on Hooksett Road. It all starts on Friday at 6 a.m.

Journey will be performing at the Xfinity center in Mansfield on Friday. The Steve Miller Band will join them in concert.

This weekend, you can catch Maria Menounos at the CambridgeSide Galleria. She will be there from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday talking about her new book Every Girl's Guide to Diet and Fitness.

Looking for an event for your family? Check out the Dragon Boat Festival in Boston on Saturday and Sunday. The annual event takes place on the banks of the Charles in Boston and Cambridge. It's the largest Asian-American cultural event in New England, drawing more than 20,000 people each year. If you go you'll see dozens of teams from the USA and Canada taking part in a 500-meter course on the water paddling in some beautiful dragon boats.

We all love food trucks, and on Saturday a bunch of them will gather in Boston for the Fork in the Road Food Truck Festival in Boston. It's all happening from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion in Boston. Tickets are $15 for adults. Kids under 12 get in for free.

The event will feature live music, beer and yes those food trucks. The Bacon Truck, Taco Truck, Bon Me, Trolley Dogs and so many others will be there.
