What's up for the Weekend: Aug. 29-31

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Cram it in! Everything you wanted to do all summer long can fit into one long, holiday weekend right?

There is a lot going on in and around Boston during Labor Day weekend. Fireworks will light up the skies over Boston Harbor on Saturday to celebrate the Boston Arts Festival taking place along the waterfront. You'll have a great view of the fireworks from anywhere along the waterfront and the show starts at 9 p.m.

The Art Fest will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Christopher Columbus Park featuring local artists, performances, interactive art activities, jewelry and craft sales.

Attention golf fans! You could go check out the Deutsche bank championship PGA golf tournament at TPC Boston in Norton. It was named by golf magazine as one of the Top 10 best new private clubs, so don't miss the chance to be there for the tournament!

Kick off labor day weekend on Friday at the Mass. Brewers Fest at the World Trade Center. Beer enthusiasts will not want to miss the opportunity to sample offerings from dozens of Bay State brewers, who will feature more than 80 of their best beers.

And people who love their bacon will want to plan to eat accordingly on Saturday for National Bacon Day.
